I know how often quality gets relegated to the sidelines when you’re down to the wire, and I have tried-and-true approaches to catching the problem before it happens.

(Once you’re in it, that’s a different story — and I have approaches for that too 🙂

In my 17+ years’ experience, my favorite parts were improving the quality skills of everyone around me, coaching people to have more impact and work smarter not harder.
